Privacy Policy

InSpec Group LLC (“InSpec Group”, the “Company”, “we”, or “us”) respects your privacy preferences and those of every user of the InSpec Group website (“Website”).  InSpec Group is continually developing mechanisms to enhance your user experience on our Website and to provide you with greater choice related to use and disclosure of your information.

This InSpec Group Website Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) presents what information we may collect and how we may use it.  Your access of this Website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy.

InSpec Group reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and we will post the revision date on this Privacy Policy page.  If we make material changes to this policy, we will post notice of the change.  The most current Privacy Policy will apply to all data and other information collected on the Website, no matter what version of the Privacy Policy was in effect when the information was collected.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

You can visit the Website without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself.  We may automatically collect and/or log information that is not personally identifiable, such as the name and domain of the host from which you access the Internet, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, referring website address(es), and access times.  This information does not identify you.  To make our Website more useful to visitors, we also may count the number of visitors to different sections of our Website.  We then aggregate this date to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Website, pages viewed, and similar data.

InSpec Group uses this information to measure the use of our Website and to improve the content of our Website.  There are times, however, when we may need personal information from you, for instance: to correspond with you, to provide a service, or in connection with a job application.  However, we will only collect this information when it is voluntarily submitted to us.  When any personal information is collected, we will let you know, at the time of collection, how we will use the information you give to us by reference to this Privacy Policy.

In addition, the Company may use a technology called “cookies”.  A cookie is a tiny element of data that a web site (including our Website) can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return.  This cookie does not collect personal identifying information.  You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, or to reject some, or all, cookies.

Personally Identifiable Information:

InSpec Group is committed to protecting the private information of our Website visitors.  We will not collect your personal data, unless you provide the information voluntarily.

When you provide this information, InSpec Group will use it to respond to requests you make of us, to correspond with or otherwise provide information to you, to provide a service to you, or in connection with a job application or vendor prequalification.  Additionally, we may use such information to determine how we can improve our Website, business, and services.  When InSpec Group collects any personal information on this Website, we will let you know how we will use the information you provide by reference to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal or business information to any third party, except as described below or in connection with effectively maintaining and operating the Website.  InSpec Group cooperates with law enforcement and judicial inquiries and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property, and other rights.  It may be necessary to furnish your information to third parties in connection with these objectives.

InSpec Group is concerned with the security of the data and information we collect.  We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of all personal information.  However, due to the inherent insecurity of the Internet, no security measures should be viewed as one hundred percent effective in all circumstances.  The Company cannot guarantee against a breach of its security or the actions of third parties that may seek to obtain unauthorized access to information submitted through the Website.

In the event of a security breach in which information has been acquired, or is reasonably believed to have been acquired, by an unauthorized person, and where applicable law requires notification, InSpec Group will notify the affected party or parties of the breach electronically, by e-mail, or by fax, or if unable to contact the individual electronically, then by Regular Mail.  This notice will be given in a timely manner, consistent with legitimate needs of law enforcement and any measures necessary for InSpec Group or law enforcement to determine the scope of the breach and to restore and assure the integrity of the data system.

If a law enforcement agency determines that notification of an unauthorized acquisition of user’s date will impede a criminal investigation, InSpec Group may delay notification until it is determined that notification will not compromise the investigation.
