Full Nationwide Support
InSpec Service Team will respond to local service calls within 2 hours notice. Out of state calls will receive response within 2 hours and have a service technician on site within 48 hours with necessary tooling and parts to begin solving problems immediately. InSpec Service Team is supported by in house electrical, mechanical,architectural and structural engineering staff to address problems no matter what the need may be.
Seamless Communication
InSpec personnel have expert communication skills in Japanese and English. Because of our knowledge of equipment programming, automation, electro-mechanical and trouble shooting, we can easily convey problems and methods of repair or other alternatives in both languages.
Manufacturer Warranty Support
IST teams work closely with equipment manufacturers in providing problem solving support during the warranty period. IST provides preventive maintenance programs and servicetroubleshooting long after expiration of warranty with 24 hour on call services. Our competitive rates for non-warranty service will make sense when choosing IST to assist with your equipment needs. Whether you choose on preventive maintenance or long term service contracts with InSpec you are guaranteed expert service technicians and quality parts.
Hands On Style
Our service team has knowledge, experience and complete tooling to solve any problems your equipment may be experiencing. We will work closely with your facility maintenance team to determine what the current problems are and methods to repair or replace any causes your equipment may be experiencing. We will monitor equipment performance to determine any issues that may be repetitive and discuss possible ways of solving the problem to provide optimum results.
Replacement Parts
Our networking procurement capabilities enable us to locate repair or replacement parts as local and expedient as possible. As an ongoing service to you we research the local (USA), availability of repair or replacement parts for your facility equipment for any future service requirements that may arise. For existing and future customers we will maintain a stock of parts your equipment may need, based on historical usage data.

Rates
| Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | US$75.00/hr per technician |
| Monday - Friday After 5:00pm | US$112.50/hr per technician |
| Weekends, Holidays and after 12 hrs/day | US$150.00/hr per technician |
- Parts procurement: Cost + 10% service fee (warranty and outsourced materials).
- InSpec will assess a 3% small tools / service vehicle fee for actual hours worked.
- Reimbursment of mileage costs incurred will be per federal guidelines and calculated to and from emergency call service location.
